Site is back. A multi-disk failure in the SAN caused the loss of the site partition. A new volume had to be restored from backup which is what caused the delay. The repository partitions were *not affected* and there was no data loss.

We’re very close to having the storage back online. No data was lost.

The site is misbehaving due to what looks like a storage connectivity problem. We’re working on resolving the issue.

Site is back. Looks like a tangential DB operation we were performing caused the mongrels to timeout on DB access.
